On-Board Electrical Systems

Hiring qualified electrical personnel allows us to provide the construction of electrical equipment and panels.
We boast a large workshop dedicated to the assembly of industrial electrical panels, initial testing of robot/cobot movement, integration of vision systems, and initial calibration of the instrumentation to be applied.
We use equipment capable of performing initial checks on electrical panels, such as PLC I/O tests, reducing commissioning times.

Our in-house workshop is sized to accommodate the assembly of small cells, including test benches and robotic cells, allowing us to manage on-board machine wiring in a controlled environment. To optimize commissioning times, our specialized technicians perform a series of essential preliminary configurations on-site, such as:

  • First Drives Configuration
  • Industrial Robots and Cobots
  • Assignment of Profinet nodes
  • Network Hardware Configuration
  • Data exchange checks between external equipment

Thanks to this meticulous preparation, we ensure that the system is already partially configured and tested, guaranteeing faster and more efficient commissioning on site.
